Self Flanged Square Channel System

This semi-automatic system has been developed for the production of self-flange rectangular ducts up to 1,500 mm wide. With one worker at each station, we can produce a Pittsburgh clamped, PDF3 flange pulled and closed duct in 1 minute.

All our PDF flanges are sealing class 'C'. In particular, our PDF3 flange is leakproof class 'D'. (Tested by our customers in Europe.)
